Tar ‘O’ Pave was formed in 2006 by Trust Shepherd Nyamukomba from a deep construction passion. Trust was formally part of the management panel in Utility Tar Surfaces since 2003. In Utility Tar Surfaces they managed a number of remarkable projects.
